Connector shapes only: USB-A, USB-B, Micro-B, USB-C. Shape does not guarantee speed or charging power.
USB-A is the broad rectangular plug on many computers. USB-B is the squarer connector often on printers. Micro-B is small and asymmetric on older phones and accessories. USB-C is oval and reversible. Do not force a connector.
Shape does not establish speed. USB-C cables may support different data rates, charging power and video functions. Read the device manual and cable markings; a charge-only cable may not transfer files.
For a phone-to-computer file transfer, use a data-capable cable and confirm that mode on the phone. For monitors or high-power charging, verify both ports and cable support the required function.
